Each experience we offer is tailor-made to individual preferences. The cost is determined by the specific requests of our guests. Our specialists craft an experience that can encompass a range of offerings, from dress selection, photography, drone shots, makeup, hairstyling, floral arrangements, to the inclusion of a yacht and other maritime experiences.
How many photos are provided?
Our standard package offers six handpicked, professionally edited photos of your choice. Additionally, you'll receive all the unedited media. Should you wish for more photos to be edited, we can certainly accommodate that request.
How does dress sizing work?
Given that our dresses are designed to elegantly float and flutter in the wind, exact sizing isn't a stringent requirement. We offer two primary dress sizes. Our stylist will make temporary alterations to ensure a flawless fit for you. We cater to a standard size, fitting sizes 16/18, and also have a plus-sized option available. Rest assured, our booking specialists will collaborate with you to guarantee that we provide the optimal dress size for a picture-perfect shoot.
Where will the photoshoot take place?
The backdrop for your photoshoot is entirely up to you. Our specialist will consult with you to pinpoint the perfect location. For those enamored by the sea, we conduct photoshoots off the south shore of Oahu, near the iconic Diamond Head. It's worth noting that costs can fluctuate based on the accessibility and the time required to reach a location. For yacht-based shoots, the price will also account for the yacht charter.
What's the duration of the photoshoot?
The length of the shoot largely hinges on the chosen location. Typically, land shoots span about 90 minutes. It's essential to factor in extra time for hair and makeup to ensure you look your absolute best.
Uncertain about the exact booking date?
That's perfectly fine. If you have a tentative date range in mind and wish to secure it, a deposit will grant you priority status for scheduling your shoot.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, We offer discounts to active and retired military service members and their families.
Cancellation Policy for Flying Dress Photoshoots
We understand that sometimes plans can change. While we strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible, it is also essential to safeguard our schedules and services. Here's our cancellation policy for the Flying Dress Photoshoots:
Notification Period: To cancel your photoshoot, please notify before the scheduled shoot date. This allows us an opportunity to offer the slot to another client.
Deposit: All bookings for the Flying Dress Photoshoot require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. However, we value our relationship with our clients and in the event of a cancellation, your deposit will not be lost.
Credit for Future Booking: If you cancel your photoshoot within the stipulated notification period, your deposit will automatically be credited towards a future booking.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your photoshoot without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be available as credit for future bookings.
Rescheduling: We allow one-time rescheduling of your photoshoot. Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date. Any subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to additional fees.
Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the event of emergencies or exceptional situations, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, although specific dates cannot be guaranteed.
Weather Concerns: Given that our photoshoots are subject to weather conditions, if adverse weather makes it impossible to conduct the shoot on the booked date, we will work with you to reschedule to the next available date without any additional charges. If rescheduling isn't an option, your deposit will be credited for a future booking.
